Clean this place and clear all mess,” administrative officer barked his order before leaving for the day, “get as many hands as you think you will need.”

Sir, this is too short a notice, all our people are engaged at other places.

Your problem! I want a clean office tomorrow morning.”

Manoj had no choice but to depute extra manpower and gear yanking from other sites. He had put to work additional ten pair of hands for a night long assignment. This morning, Manoj was standing like a soldier after a night of long and hard battle.

“What a way to start a day!” Manoj lit a cigarette, “A beautiful sunny morning, and I am standing infront of a pile of rubbish.”

Manoj is a supervisor in a farm that provides housekeeping service for offices. Pay is good but work timing can be odd and work demand can be crazy. Working odd shifts is changing his sleep cycle, he is drinking more coffee and smoking more cigarettes. A diet of fast food and alcohol does not help his cause either.

Must clean up my life,” resolved Manoj caught in the debt traps of modern society, “got to do this soon.”
