Akash, you must grab this opportunity!”

But dad, everything is going so well here. I am settled, I know how to get things done, I am at my peak of my career here. Should I rock the boat?”

Akash is a film director. Even from a national perspective he is a regional player. After his recent success in film festival, he has been asked to direct a big banner film. He was holding the contract. Benefits were beyond his dreams. But his dilemma is to move away from his comfort zone.

Look at this red fish, Akash, it has everything; a few friends, regular food; but, it is still a fish in a small tank,” his father pointed at the red fish in the aquarium, “now Akash, don’t be a red fish, accept this offer. Even a failure there will bring you more name, compared to hundred successes here.”
