Sir, look at this one,” the manager said excitedly handing over a bottle of peach jelly, “our best selling product!”

The bottle brought back memories.

Mother, every time we buy mango jelly,” the young boy pleaded with his mother, “buy peach jelly this time.”

Running her family on a shoestring budget, mother’s options were limited. She bottled her emotions and stuck to tried and tested mango jelly. Despite many sacrifices, she had made sure her son was educated enough to stand on his own feet.

Today, on the first anniversary of starting his fruit processing unit, owner Mr. Sharma suppressed his tears.

    1. Not in our part. Besides, if mother bought peach jelly and no one liked it, she will have to buy a replacement. She stuck to tested product. Thank you for reading.
